Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of your order. Should 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
Please note, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

For warranty-related issues, the manufacturer must approve any requests for repairs, exchanges, or refunds. Customers should not return products to us without confirmation of the manufacturer’s authorization.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, except for cash payments, for which we will contact you for alternative refund arrangements.
Refunds may take some time to process and appear on your statement, often up to a month.
Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds for sale items are discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis.
We replace items only if they are defective due to manufacturing errors.
Once we confirm acceptance of your return, we’ll provide the address to return your product.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
